Which box is right for me?
We offer 3 different size boxes:
- For 1 rabbit - the Lovers Box
- For 2 rabbits - the Herd Box
- For 3+ rabbits - the Ultimate Box
Each option contains the same products, but vary in quantity. The Herd and Ultimate boxes contain duplicates of select items.
What comes in the box?
Each month, we curate a box of special surprises that include (but are not limited to) treats, timtohy-based chews, wooden-based chews, enrichment and foraging toys, and so much more. Sometimes we even include BunnieBox EXCLUSIVE items that you can't get anywhere else.

How does the subscription work?
If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your first box will ship within a week!
Your next box will renew on your original order date. For example, if you bought your first box on the 16th of the month, your box will renew next month on the 16th!
Can I gift a box to someone?
Yes! Click the "Give a Gift" option in the menu and select how many boxes you'd like delivered to your gift recipient.
The Gift Boxes contain the same items as the current month's box, so your recipient will get the FULL BunnieBox experience!
Be sure to put your recipient's info in the "shipping" section at checkout.
Shipping & Returns
What's the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on USA orders over $49. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 at checkout.
International order shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International recipients are responsible for paying any additional taxes/duties on their order.
When will you ship my order?
If you order today, your box/items will typically ship within 1 week. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew every month on the same day as your original purchase date.
How long will it take to arrive?
USA orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.
International orders vary by distance and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products primarily within the USA & Canada, as well as a few other international countries.
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to duties upon delivery.
What's your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection and are applied to original payment method.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance.

Payment Information
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept many major credit and debit cards includng Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Orders and Subscription Management
How do I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order.
After creating a new store account, login and click "My Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription.
How do I update my payment information?
Login to your account and click "My Subscriptions". From there, select "Manage Subscription" on your active delivery. Click the "Update" button under the "Payment" section. A secure link will be emailed to you. Use that link to enter your new payment information.
How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order.
After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders and their fulfillment and tracking statuses.
How do I track my order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information.
You may also obtain a tracking number by logging into your account, and clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section.
