Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar day as your original purchase. Your payment method is charged immediately at checkout and on the same day each month thereafter. For example, if you subscribe on the 16th, future renewals will occur on the 16th of each month.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellations must be made before your next renewal. Once subscription renewals have been processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

 

Build A Box Subscriptions

Subscribers are responsible for logging into their account and selecting their 7 items prior to their monthly renewal date. Selections can be updated at any time before renewal at account.bunniebox.com.

If selections are not made before the renewal date, the subscriber's box will default to the same items chosen in the previous month's order. In the event that any previously selected items are out of stock at the time of fulfillment, BunnieBox reserves the right to substitute those items with comparable alternatives at our discretion.

We strongly encourage subscribers to review and update their selections each month before their renewal date to ensure their box reflects their current preferences.

 

Gift Subscriptions 

Gift subscriptions are charged in full at checkout and deliver monthly for the selected term (e.g., 1, 6, or 12 months). 

Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew and end automatically after the prepaid term. They are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds.

To edit your subscription, visit http://account.bunniebox.com

Login using the same email address you used for your order. After you login, click, "My Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.

From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip boxes, and cancel.
