Refund policy

Apparel and prepaid gift subscriptions are final sale, and not eligible for return or refunds.

Returns and exchanges are offered within 30 days of your original purchase date.Β To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.


Refunds:
Contact hello@bunniebox.com for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds display on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.

Cancellations:
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Be sure to manage your subscription and skip or cancel before your next renewal date. Instructions on how to do this are noted in our FAQs, chat, and policies. We also email instructions to you on how to manage your account at the time of purchase.

Shipping:
Customers areΒ responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it becomes lost in the mail and we cannot track it.
