Shipping policy

USA:

Orders $49+ will automatically receive free ground shipping at checkout. Orders under this amount will be charged $5.99 flat rate shipping. 

If you order today, your items ship within one week. USA shipments typically take 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped. Orders are shipped using the most economical (ground) method. Hawaii and Alaska have longer transit times and may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL:

International shipments' cost and timeline vary by location and carrier. Packages are shipped in a bag to provide the most economical shipping rates. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees collected upon delivery. 

Failed & Returned Deliveries:

We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper/non-secure parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying the returned delivery fee.
